IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 325. Resolved by the Board.of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kin(-,, size, location and terminal points as follows: Asphalt pavement and Grade, Curb & Walk on Jefferson street from Vistula avenue to River Bridge. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE JEFFERSON STREET ASPHALT PAVEMENT AND GRADE CURB AND WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil EngineeR, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution. shall be published on the 7th day of April and on the 14th day of April 19062 in the South B end Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing onthis resolution at its office in the City ball on the 17th day of j' ril 1906, at 10 A. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the -Contractor in.payment for such work where the property owner sits_-s waiver required as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 6th day of April 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVE14ENT RESOLUTION NO. 326. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bendy Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Erick pavement on W. 1'Tashington street from College street to Olive street. said improvement shall be known and designated. as "THE WASHINGTO'N STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and ahall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of April and on the 14th day of April 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearins; on this resolution at its office in the City full on the 17th day of April i906, at to A. H. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver as required by law. Which bond shall bear interest at the rate of five percent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 6th day of April 1906. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of April and on tale 14th day of April 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 17th day of April 1906, at 10 A.M. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of April and on the 14th day of April 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times.
