IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 329. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of S,,uth Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on Walnut street and Linden avenue from Fassnacht avenue to Birdsell stree Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE WALNUT STREET & LINDEN AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEIVIRNT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifi- cations prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the ?th day of April and on the 14th day of April 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. "this Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 17th day of April 1906, at 10 A. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. 1,7hich said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of five per aent per annum, payable as provided by law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE LINDEN AVENUE PIPE SEWER .IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of t:Ilis resolution shall be published on the 7th day of April and on the 14th day of April 1906, in the.South Bend Daily Times.
