IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION•N0. 309. Resolved by the Board of Public works of the City of South Bend, Indiana., That an improvement shall be mode of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: 'A'Brick (block) pavement on West Washington street from the present brick pavement on College street to Olive street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE -WEST WASHINGTON STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall beconstrusted according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civ11 Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 231tt day of Feburary and on the 29th day of February 1906, in the South Bend Daily Tire's. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution -Lt its office in the City Hall on the 13th day of March 1906, at 7:15 p. m. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where he property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Adopted this 20th day of February 1906. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE LELAND AVENUE BRICK PAVEMENT \ IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 21st day of February and on the,29th day of February 1906 in the South Bend Daily Times.. This Board will give a hearing on this reso- lution at its office in the City Hall on the 13th day of March 19062 at 7:15 P. m. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payn;ent for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Adopted this 20th day of February 1906. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 21st day of February and on the 28th day of Pebruary 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this reso- lution at its office in the City Hall on the 13th day of March 1906, at 7:15 p. m. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Adopted this 20th day of February 1906. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kin, size, location and terminal points as follows: A Pipe Sewer in and along Walnut street from the trunk sewer in Fassnacht avenue to.Linden avenue; thence west along Linden avenue to Birdsell street.. Said improve- ment shall be known and designated as "THE4:WALNUT STREET AND LINDEN AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepard by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published:nn the 21st day of February and on the 28th day of February 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the city Hall on the 13th day of March 1906, at 7:15 p. m.
