IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 312. Resolved by the Board of Publie.Works.,of the..City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: A Pipe Sewer in and along Ohio street from Carroll street -to High street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE OHIOSTREET PaIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be construetd according to the plans and specifications, prepared by the.City Civil Engineer, filed here- with. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 21st day of February and on the 29th day of February 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board --will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 13th dayof March 1906 at.7:15 P. M. A Bond or_Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law., Adopted this 20th day of February 1906.
