IMPROVE14ENT RESOLUTION NO. 297. Resolved by the Board of Public Works . of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows; Grading`of -William street from Washington street to Colfax avenue and constructing cement concrete curbing and sidewalks. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE WILLIAM STREET GRADE CURB & STALK" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 30th day of August and on the 6th day of September, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. Thig:Boafd will give a hearing on this resolution'at its office in the City Hall on the 12th day of September, 1905, at 7:15 p. m._ A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owners sign the waiver required as according to law. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement shall be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grading Harper Court from Vistula avenue to River avenue and constructing cement -concrete curbing and sidewalks. Said improvement shall be known and designated... at "THE HARPER COURT -GRADE CURB & WALK" and shall be constructed according to_the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 30th day of August and on the 6th day of September 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 12th day of September, 1905, at 10 A. M. y A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Oontractor in payment for such work where the property owners sign the waiver required as according to law. Adopted this 29th day of August, 1905. Said improvement shall be known :and designated as THE RIVER AVENUE GRADE CURB & WALK" and shall be constructed accord- ing to the plans -and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed. here- with. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 30th day of August and on the 6th day of September, 1905. in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on -the 12th day of September, 1905, at 7:15 P. M. Said improvement shall be known and designated as THE NOTRE DAME STREET GRADE AND CURBS" and shall b,e constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shalll be published on the 30th day of August and on the 6th dayofSeptember 1905n; in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board wi-il give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 12th day of September, 1905, at 7:15 P. M.
