SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING AUGUST 29Th2 1905, AT 7:15 P. M. <br />The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P. M. All members present. <br />Hearing given on Declaratory Resolutions for the following Improvements, to -wit; - <br />Grade, Curb & Walk on Haney avenue from Michigan street to Carroll street, Grade, Curb <br />& '01a1l.c: on Lincoln 'street from Washington street to Longley avenue, Grade, Curb & Talk on <br />B rdsell street and Sancome avenue from Linden avenue to Laporte avenue, Pipe Sewer on <br />High"stre&t and Wenger street from L. S. &°M. S. R. R. to Carroll street. All under <br />improvement Resolutions Nos. 279, 2502 2-91 & 294 respectively. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeard and no remonstrances were filed. The <br />Eoard therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the <br />property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements <br />and that the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Be, -it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daly.Times on the 30th <br />day of August and on the 6th day of September, 1905, to the effect that thisBoardwill <br />receive bids for said improvements up to 10 a. M. on the 12th day of September, 1905• The <br />Board reserved the right to reject any and all bids. <br />Remonstrance Piled against the Birdse'll & Sancome street Grade, Curb & Walk. <br />Hearing on Declaratory Resolution for Brick Pavement on the alley East of Stw Joseph <br />street, deferred until Saturday aeptember 2x,d, 1905 at 10 A. M. <br />Hearing on Declaratory Resolutions for the following improvements deferred until - <br />Tuesday morning September 5th, 1905, at 10 A. M. <br />Pipe Sewer on Oak street from Scott street to Cottage Grove avenue, Grade, Curb. <br />& Walk on Golden avenue from Portage avenue to Leland avenue, Brick Pavement on the 1st <br />alley South of Washington street from Lafayette street to Court street.
