<br />For nearly 40 years, Dale has provided design assistance and constructfon inspectfon services for federal-aid LPA projects.
<br />His experience includes estfmatfng, scheduling, managing, surveying, and inspectfng projects related to water, wastewater,
<br />stormwater drainage, buildings, and transportatfon. Dale’s experience also includes the contractor side, which is valuable
<br />in reconciling disputes and addressing discrepancies in the plans/specificatfons before constructfon.

<br />» Project Supervisor for the constructfon of 17,100 feet of 12 -foot-wide asphalt trail on the
<br />abandoned Nickel Plate rail corridor & renovatfon of a 600 -foot-long railroad bridge for
<br />pedestrian & bike traffic over the Wabash River
<br />» Bridge included a new cast-in-place concrete bridge deck with railing & landscaping
<br />» Trail amenitfes also included signage, pavement markings, hand railing, & benches

<br />Panhandle Pathway Trail for Pulaski & Cass Counties
<br />» Project Supervisor for the constructfon of a 14.25-mile project that included a
<br />10-foot-wide asphalt trail with 2-foot-wide shoulders along an abandoned railroad
<br />» Project crossed 24 county roadways, 11 culverts/small structures, & three bridges
<br />» Trail amenitfes included signage, pavement markings, hand railing, & benches

<br />Eel River Trail & Pedestrian Bridge for the City of Logansport
<br />» Project Engineer for the constructfon of a new multf-use trail & pedestrian bridge over

<br />Two-Way Street Conversion for the City of South Bend
<br />» Project Inspector for the constructfon of this 4-mile one-way to two-way conversion
<br />» Project included asphalt paving, three new roundabouts equipped with pedestrian -friendly crossways & flashing lights, 28 traffic signal
<br />upgrades, installatfon of 120 street lights, drainage improvements including new concrete curbs & sidewalks
