He has more than 18 years’ experience in design, land <br />surveying, and oversight of INDOT and LPA contracts with <br />constructfon responsibilitfes in contractor management, MOT <br />coordinatfon, standards and specificatfons review and <br />implementatfon, and project close out. He is very familiar with <br />keeping all stakeholders involved and up to date on constructfon <br />schedules and tfmeframes. <br /> <br />Dave’s experience in project coordination and bridge construction, <br />particularly with the work that will be completed in and near the <br />waterway, will be important and invaluable on this contract. <br /> <br /> <br />JESSICA CLARK, PE <br />CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER <br />BS, Civil Engineering, Purdue University | <br />Professional Engineer: IN <br /> <br />Jessica joined Lochmueller after working for <br />St. Joseph County Department of Infrastructure, <br />Planning & Growth – Division of Public Works for <br />over 24 years.
