<br />Nick recently joined Lochmueller and will serve
<br />as our Inspector. With seven years of
<br />experience, he has served as the lead
<br />constructfon project manager for INDOT on multfple contracts.
<br />Nick’s responsibilitfes include inspectfng projects to monitor
<br />progress and adherence to design specificatfons, managing field
<br />personnel, soils and concrete testfng, preparing estfmates, verifying
<br />quantftfes, and completfng final constructfon records utflizing INDOT
<br />SiteManager.
<br />
<br />Nick will assist Marc in the field with inspection services.

<br />I-94 over US 20 & East Branch of Trail Creek, LaPorte County for

<br />» Lead Constructfon Project Manager for bridge deck overlay
<br />» Contract included milling the old bridge deck/RCBA & hydro
<br />demolitfon, placing latex modified overlay on bridge & RCBA,
<br />adding cofferdams around encased piles to perform patching &
<br />fiber wrapping of the reinforced concrete pile encasement,
<br />repairing the slopewall with flowable fill, filling eroded areas of
<br />slopewall with geotextfles & revetment riprap, & HMA wedge &
<br />level to transitfon from RCBA to existfng HMA

<br />Dave recently joined Lochmueller after working
<br />as both a Project Engineer and an Area Engineer
<br />at INDOT. He has more than 18 years’ experience in design, land
<br />surveying, and oversight of INDOT and LPA contracts with
<br />constructfon responsibilitfes in contractor management, MOT
<br />coordinatfon, standards and specificatfons review and
<br />implementatfon, and project close out. He is very familiar with
<br />keeping all stakeholders involved and up to date on constructfon
<br />schedules and tfmeframes.
<br />
<br />Dave’s experience in project coordination and bridge construction,
<br />particularly with the work that will be completed in and near the
<br />waterway, will be important and invaluable on this contract.

<br />Jessica joined Lochmueller after working for
<br />St. Joseph County Department of Infrastructure,
<br />Planning & Growth – Division of Public Works for
<br />over 24 years. Her experience includes 13 years as County Engineer
<br />demonstrates Jessica’s ability to manage program budgets and
<br />effectfvely communicate project solutfons as she facilitated over 38
<br />Local Federal Aid projects, including 12 trail projects spanning over
<br />10 miles at a constructfon cost of approximately $8.5 million.
<br />
<br />Jessica will oversee the team to ensure the project meets the City
<br />of South Bend goals, satisfies INDOT requirements, and maintains
<br />the budget and schedule.
