Prior to joining Lochmueller, Marc served <br />as Project Engineer/Supervisor where his responsibilitfes included conductfng constructfon inspectfon services for INDOT, <br />USDA, ITRCC, and LPAs; providing supervision for various public agencies to ensure project constructfon conformed to <br />plans and specificatfons; documentfng quantftfes for payment and record purposes; performing onsite and offsite <br />material testfng in accordance with specificatfon requirements; and coordinatfng with both clients and contractors to <br />resolve any onsite issues during ongoing constructfon. <br /> <br />Marc will lead the inspection process to successfully deliver the project. He will be a direct point of contact, responsible for relaying project <br />updates and relaying information, overseeing contract administration, and managing the process. <br /> <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />Underwood Road Bridge Replacement for St. Joseph County <br />» Project Engineer/Supervisor for the constructfon of a 58-foot single span composite <br />prestressed concrete spread box beam bridge over Pine Creek & reconstructfon of <br />200-foot of adjacent HMA roadway <br />» Project included constructfon of steel pipe piling, end bents, wingwall, deck & approach <br />slabs as well as installatfon of helical wall anchor tfebacks & scour protectfon <br />» Constructfon Cost: $580,000 <br /> <br />Merrifield Park for City of Mishawaka <br />» District Constructfon Technician for the constructfon of 0.5 miles of a multf -use path, <br />1,100 LFT of riverbank stabilizatfon, park comfort statfon, & lightfng <br />» Park amenitfes also included signage, pavement markings, pavilions, benches, & patfos <br />» Constructfon Cost: $2.95 million <br /> <br />Lincoln Safe Routes to School for City of South Bend <br />» Project Engineer/Supervisor for the constructfon of 4700 LFT of sidewalk replacement, <br />195 curb ramps, & 30 adjacent approaches <br />» Pedestrian travel routes also included pavement markings & landscaping <br />» Provided the City with a change order proposal for the full depth HMA patching item <br />adjacent to all curb ramps which provided cost savings that were implemented into <br />additfonal sidewalk replacement in the immediate block surrounding Lincoln Elementary <br />School <br />» Constructfon Cost: $684,000 <br /> <br />Harrison Safe Routes to School for City of South Bend <br />» Project Engineer/Supervisor for the constructfon of 3.4 miles of sidewalk replacement, <br />130 curb ramps, & 137 adjacent approaches along nine city streets surrounding Harrison <br />Primary Center <br />» Pedestrian travel routes also included pavement markings, landscaping, and the additfon <br />of solar powered flashing school speed limit beacon assemblies <br />» Constructfon Cost: $1 million <br /> <br />Coquillard Safe Routes to School for City of South Bend <br />» Project Engineer/Supervisor for the constructfon of 3,800 LFT of sidewalk replacement & <br />172 curb ramps in the surrounding areas near Coquillard Elementary School & Kennedy <br />Academy <br />» Pedestrian travel routes also included pavement markings & landscaping <br />» Constructfon Cost: $500,000 <br />PROJECT TEAM
