HARRISON AVE. <br />Mr. Andrew Netter, Community Investment, advised the Board that on June 8, 2021, bids were <br />received and opened for the above referenced property. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Netter <br />recommended that the Board award the bid and sign the purchase agreement for sale of the <br />property to sole bidder, Alfredo Plata Sosa, 425 N. Harrison Ave., South Bend, IN 46616, in the <br />amount of $3,000, for a total amount of $3,105.30, inclusive of Associated Fees. Therefore, Mr. <br />Molnar made a motion that the recommendation be accepted, and the bid be awarded, and the <br />contract approved as outlined above.
