Motion deny COA#2021-0429A is passed. <br />Commissioner Stalheim (AYE): I vote to deny, because of the standards and <br />guidelines position. <br />Commissioner Downs-Krostenko (AYE): I vote to deny, because the standards and <br />guidelines states that vinyl is not approved. <br />Commissioner Deegan (AYE): I vote to deny because I think the applicant can come <br />back with a more persuasive budget request, with the current request it does not <br />meet the standards and guidelines. <br />Commissioner Wyncott (NAY): <br />Commissioner Hertel (AYE): I vote to deny, because the vinyl as stated in the <br />standards and guidelines is not appropriate. <br />Commissioner Andrews (AYE): I vote to deny because it violates the standards and <br />guidelines. <br />viii. 2021-0503 614 South St. Joseph St. Taylor's Field Ordinance #8952-98 <br />(Audio Position 1:47:51) <br />The staff report was presented by Adam Toering. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval. <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Charity Stowe, 614 S.
