CITY OF SOUTH BEND HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />(Audio Position 1:11:26) <br />The staff report was presented by Adam Toering. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval contingent upon compliance <br />with all required zoning setbacks and lot coverage constraints <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Margaret Pfeil, 511 S St. Joseph St. <br />Benjamin Fitzgerald, 253 Alumni Hall <br />The public was represented by: <br />Kevin Walsh, 156 Fitzpatrick Hall of Engineering <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Patrick Deegan, seconded by Eric Stalheim, and carried by <br />unanimous vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of <br />Appropriateness Application contingent upon design work with Adam #2021-0427A. <br />Vote: 6-0. Six in favor, none opposed. <br />COA #2021-0427A is approved <br />vi. 2021-0429 655 River Avenue Edgewater Drive, Ordinance #6846-80 <br />(Audio Position 1:26:18) <br />The staff report was presented by Adam Toering. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval. <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Dori Walterhouse and Caleb Stinson, 55615 Riviera Dr. Elkhart, IN 46514 <br />The public was represented by <br />Monroe Park Association sent a letter in support of this project <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken <br />Upon a motion by Joan Down s-Krosten ko, seconded by Eric Stalheim, and carried <br />by unanimous vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of <br />Appropriateness Application #2021-0429. <br />Vote: 6-0.
