Friday April 7th. 1 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 251. Resolved by the Board of Public Works °of the City Of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: A Pipe sewer in and along Howard street from the St. Joseph river at Leeper avenue to St. Louis street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the HOWARD _ STREET PIPE SEWER and.. shall be constructed according to the plans and speci.fictions prepared by -the City Civil -Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of "this resolution ,shall be published -on the 9th day of April and on the 15th day of April, 1905 in'the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the l8th day of April, 1905 at 7:15 P-. M. Adopted this 7th day of April? 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Cement concrete sidewalks on Jo=-anson street from Linden avenue to Bertrand street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as THE JOHNSON STREET CEMENT WALKS and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 9th day of April and on the 15th day of April, 1905 in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 19th day of April, 1905 at 7:15 P. M. Adopted this nth day of April, 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVDAENT RESOLUTION NO. 253 Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That and improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Donald street from Main street to Michigan street. Said improve- ment -shall be known and designated as the DONALD STREET GRADE CURB & WALK and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 9th day of April and on the 15th day of April, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will be given a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the-18th day of April, 1905, at 7:15 P. M. Adopted this 7th day of April, 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS.
