Friday April 7th, 1905. The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. Petition Filed for the vaction of all the streets and alleys, excepting Hoke street in Roseland Park Addition. Referred to the Engineer for proper description. Petition filed for an Electric Light at the corner of St. Joseph street and Monroe street. Petition for Grade & Curb on N. Edoty street. Referred to the Engineer for specifications. Petition. To the Honorable Board of Public Works. We, the undersigned property owners would ask the privelege of putting in a private sewer on N. Taylor street between Michigan avenue and Madison street at our own expense on conditions that we will not he assessed in the future .on a public sewer. Mark, L. 'Webster Ernest J. McEelain. Ed. S. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 249. - Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, lcation and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer in and . along Fellows street from the center line of Monroe street to a point 12' south of the N. W. Corner of lot 1 in River Side Terrace. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the FELLOWS STREET PIPE SEWER anD shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the Sth day of April and on the 15th day.of April 1.905, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the l9th day of April 1905, at 7:15 P. M. Adopted this 7th day of April, 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Resolved by the.Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: A Pipe Sewer in and along Diamond avenue from the center of Van Buren street to a point twenty feet north.`of the S.W. corner of lot 25 in A. H. Cushings addition. Said improvement shall be known and designated as THE DIAMOND AVENUE PIPE SEWER and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 9th day of April and on the 15th day of April 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 18th day of April, 1905, at 7:15 P. M. Adopted this 7th day of April, 1905.
