Friday April 7th. 1905. war !a I �► IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 255. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Cement concrete curbs and walks on Miner street from Eddy street to Arthur street. Said improve- ment shall be known and designated as THE MINER STREET CURB & WALK and shall be construct- ed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the Sth day of April and on the 15th day of April, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times nd the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 18th day of April, 1905 at 7:15 p. m. Adopted this 7th day of April, 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 256. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Witwer avenue f_^om Dayton street to the alley south of Calvert street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as THE WITWER AVENUE GRADE CURB & WALK and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 8th day of April and on the 15th day of April, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 18th day of April, 1905, at 7:15 P. M. Adopted this 7th day of April 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of SolAth Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Paving with Asphalt on Main street from South line of Washington street to the north line of Wayne street and on Jefferson street from the East line of LaFayette streets to the west line of Michigan street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as THE MAIN AND JEFFERSON STREET ASPHALT PAVEMENT and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepard by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this reso- lution shall be published on the 8th day of April and on.the 15th day of April, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the South Bend Daily Times.
