All members present. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 36. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That <br />it is desirable to vacate the. -following: <br />A strip of land twenty (20) feet wide East and West by one -hundred thirty-two <br />and one half (132 1/2) feet ''long North and South, taken off of the West side of Lot <br />No. Three (3) in Elliot Tutt's addition -to the City of South Bend. <br />The North and South alley East of and adjoining lot No. One (1) and the North and <br />South alley between lots Nos. Two (2) and Three (3) in,Elliot Tutt!s addition to the <br />City of South Bend. <br />The following portion of Robertson street in the City of South Bend: Beginning <br />at a point twenty (20) feet East of the North West corner of Lot No. Three (3) in <br />said E. Tutt's addition; thence running West to the North West corner of Lot No. <br />Four (4); thence North to the North line of Robertson street; thence East to a point <br />due North of the place of beginning; thence South to the place of beginning, being <br />a portion of Robertson street and of an East and West alley in E. Tutt's addition. <br />All -north and south alleys between Swygart street and Sample street in George <br />W. Swygart's Sub -Division of Bank Out Lots Nos.
