161 Tuesday March 14th The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. .Assessment roll filed for private sewer on St. Joseph street, known as the Washington street Interceptor. Same was accepted by the City. IMPROVE141ENT RESOLUTION NO. 233. Resolved by the Board of Public Wprks of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows. An egg shape single ring brick sewer in and along south'Main street from the end of the present sewer at Broadway to the middle of Indiana avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the SOUTH MAIN STREET LOCAL SEWER IMPROVEMENT and shall be constr- ucted according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of March and on the 22 day of March, 1905 in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at tts office in the City Hall on the 28th : day of March 1905, at 7:15 P. I11. Adopted this 14th day of March, 1905.' BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: A Pipe Sewer in and along S. Main street from Wayne street to the South end of Notre Dame St. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the NOTRE DAME STREET PIPE SEWER and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Emgineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of March and on the 22 day of March 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times and in the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 29th day of March, 1905, at 7:15 P. M. Adopted this 14th day of March 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: A Pipe Sewer in'and along Vistula avenue from the St. Joseph River, opposite the end of Kline street to the City Limits. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the VISTULA AVENUE 'PIPE SEWER and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of March and on the 22 day of March 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 28th day of March 1905, at 7:15 P. M. Adopted this 14th day of March, 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the ST. LOUIS STREET PIPE SEWER and shall be constructed according th the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of March and on the 22 day of Larch 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in City Hall on the 28th day of March 1905, at 7:15 P. M. Adopted this 14th day of march 1905. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS.
