The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. <br />Remonstrance filed against the Ashland avenue pavement. <br />Communication received from Chief of Police McWeeney, stating that the Grand Trunk <br />Railroad Compa-iy had no watchmen at their corssings at Laurel street.and at Walnut <br />street on Saturday March 4th, 1905. City Attorney Dunnahoo was instructed to take the <br />matter up with the Railroad Company with instructions to start suit if not taken care <br />of immediately. <br />The Board having under consideration the presence of a large number of drays and, <br />delivery wagons on the public .streets and particularly in front of the County building. <br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the space under the Colfax avenue bridge be set apart <br />for the use of standing drays, subject to the rights of the public in such space as a <br />thoroughfare. <br />The Police Department is 'instructed to make this order effective at once. <br />The Proposition of Mrs. Almond Bugbee for the donation of a Fountain for <br />Leeper Park is hereby in all things accepted. <br />
