If you run out of space, attach a response to this <br />application submission. <br />• Emergency Safety Plan - This plan should include, but is not limited to: <br />o The number of Indiana Law Enforcement Academy certified officers, fire, and emergency <br />medical personnel, and the need to use any of the City's public safety or emergency response <br />services. <br />o If hiring a security service, provide contact information and the number of hired event personnel. <br />o Proposed internal communications systems and public address systems. <br />ESG Security Service will be onsite with a minimum of 15 personnel present. ESG <br />Coordinator is Cori Bair at 574-292-6626 or cbair@esgsecurity.com. Cori also assists us with <br />SBPD staffing at events, which I am estimating at least 4 officers present during the concert. <br />• Proposed Cleanup Plan - This plan should include, but is not limited to: <br />o Measures in place to collect and remove trash, litter and recyclables. <br />Sweetums Housekeeping has been contracted to provide cleanup services during and after the event. They will provide trash pickup and <br />restroom tending. Paul Moreland with Parks/VPA is working with The Moms on Park maintenance before and after the event. <br />The concert is promoted 'Rain or Shine." However, the Morris Performing Arts Center will function as a tornado & thunderstorm shelter, <br />as well as a cooling station for attendees. The box office will be open, and is air conditioned. <br />In the unlikely event that the concert is canceled, announcements will be made on the Morris & PULSE FM websites and social media, <br />as well as on local news and radio. Appropriate signage will be posted at the Monis box office, as well. Emergency announcements <br />during the event will be made from the main stage PA, by Jeff Castello of PULSE FM/Family Broadcasting Corporation. <br />
