Inclement Weather Plan - This plan should include, but is not limited to: <br />o Safety measures that will be taken in the event of a tornado warning, tornado watch, <br />thunderstorm, and extreme temperatures. <br />Sweetums Housekeeping has been contracted to provide cleanup services during and after the event. They will <br />provide trash pickup and restroom tending. Paul Moreland with Parks/VPA is working with The Morris on Park <br />maintenance before and after the event. <br />The concert is promoted "Rain or Shine." However, the Morris Performing Arts Center will function as a tornado & <br />thunderstorm shelter, as well as a cooling station for attendees. The box office will be open, and is air conditioned. <br />In the unlikely event that the concert is canceled, announcements will be made on the Morris & PULSE FM <br />websites and social media, as well as on local news and radio. Appropriate signage will be posted at the Morris <br />box office, as well. Emergency announcements during the event will be made from the main stage PA, by Jeff <br />Castello of PULSE FM/Family Broadcasting Corporation. <br />Proposed Lost and Found Plan - This plan should include, but is not limited to: <br />o A description of the use of signage, announcements on public address systems or pre -event <br />handouts. <br />All lost and found items will be kept in the Morris Box Office for a minimum of 30 days after <br />the event. <br />Section H - Site Plan / Route Map <br />For parades, races and other processional events: <br />Are you selecting one of South Bend Police Department's (SBPD) pre -approved race routes? ❑ Yes ❑ No <br />You must select from SBPD's pre -approved race routes (see links on application site) or provide sufficient <br />evidence of event participation if the applicant is proposing a different route through South Bend. <br />If your event will not be using a pre -approved race route, the proposed event map should include a route plan <br />clearly identifying the timing and locations of proposed street closures, the direction of parade movement, and <br />the locations where traffic security officers will be necessary. <br />If your event will not be using a pre -approved race route, please explain: <br />n/a <br />
