5) 1111 Riverside Dr. - RV - Report <br />Mr. Poland reported an in -Kind roof replacement was approved <br />by staff. <br />6) Streetlight - Leland & Riverside Dr. - RV <br />Mr. Cartwright of the Indiana °c Michigan Power Co. requested <br />approval, after the fact, of a streetlight replacement pole <br />and luminaire which was destroyed in an auto accident. Mrs. <br />Choitz moved to approve replacement; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; <br />vote 4-0; motion null and void - lack of quorum. <br />Mr. Oxian directed staff to send a letter to the City Engineer <br />regarding possible installation of a stop sign at the <br />intersection of Leland, California and Riverside Dr. as well <br />as a letter to the appropriate department regarding possible <br />"No Parking" signs at Shetterly Park. <br />Mr. Bennett, of the Riverside Dr. Liaison Committee, announced <br />that there will be a potluck picnic at 2:00 p.m., on ..Tune 12, <br />1988 at Leeper Park for residents of the Riverside Dr. <br />Historic District. The HPC members and staff were invited. <br />7) 553-557 Edgewater Drive - ED - Report <br />Mr. Poland reported staff approved an in -kind replacement of <br />shared concrete drive. <br />b. Budget & Finance <br />1) Proposed Budget for 1988 <br />Ms. Lynette Jentoft-Nilsen stated that she is waiting to hear <br />from the Department of the Interior concerning the grants for <br />the next period as well as the establishing of a indirect cost <br />rate by the city. <br />C. Historic Districts <br />1) East Wayne Street - Liaison Committee <br />Mrs. Choitz stated that the Liaison Committee list is complete <br />and that a copy of the list of members was sent to each <br />Commission member. <br />Ms. Jentoft-Nilsen stated that the standards booklet was ready <br />to go to print except for the addition of the names of the <br />Steering Committee. <br />April 18, 1988 PAGE 3 <br />
