Mr. Oxian made a motion that due to a lack of quorum for any unanamious <br />approvals a fifth member be contacted for their vote for• approval of the <br />issue and for a decision that was not unanmious, the issue is• to be <br />postponed until the next monthly meeting; Mr•=_•. DeLaruelle seconded; motion <br />null and void - lack of quorum. <br />6. Committee Report <br />a. Environmental Impact Statement <br />1) 1055 Riverside Drive <br />Owner seeks approval of landscape plan (see Staff Report and <br />landscape plan - Appendices B and C). Mrs. Choitz moved to <br />approve; Mr. Oxian seconded; vote 4-0; motion null and void - <br />lack of quorum. <br />2) 16021 Cleveland Rd. - LL <br />Owner requested approval of parking lot plan in rear of house. <br />Mr. Oxian moved to approve; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; vote <br />4-0; motion null and void - lack of quorum. <br />Owner also requested approval of temporary sign for joint <br />businesses; Mr. Oxian moved to approve the present sign <br />temporarily until August, 1988 when owner would present his <br />design for• a permanent directory sign; Mrs. DeLaruelle <br />seconded; Mrs. Sporleder and Mrs. Choitz voted no; vote 2-2; <br />motion null and void - lack of quorum. <br />3) 14912 Brick Rd. - LL <br />Owner proposes to demolish deteriorated block garage adjacent <br />to the schoolhouse; Mrs. Choitz moved to approved the <br />demolition; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; vote 4-0; motion null <br />and void - lack of quorum. <br />Owner pr•opos•es to construct a 30'x 32' garage/workshop of <br />lapped cedar siding with an asphalt shingle roof, 100' SE of <br />the schoolhouse (see staff report - Appendix D). Mr. Oxian <br />moved to approve with the condition that the original <br />landscape be retained; Mrs. Choitz seconded; vote 4-0; motion <br />null and void - lack of quorum. <br />Ms. Jentoft-Nilsen requested the agenda be adjusted to accommodate the <br />visitors. <br />® 4) 19109 Johnson Rd. LL - Report <br />Mr. Poland reported staff has reviewed and approved several <br />plans for new construction in the Southland Development on <br />Johnson Road. <br />April 18, 1988 PACE 2 <br />
