Historic Landmarks <br />1) 19109 Johnson Rd.-LL - 2nd Reading <br />Tabled <br />2) 12594 SR 23 -LL - 2nd Reading <br />Mr..Poland read into the record that Mrs. Goff requested Lot 3 <br />of the Goff Estates be removed from landmark status. Mr. <br />Oxian moved that Lot 3, Goff Estates (with proper legal <br />description) be deleted from landmark status; Mrs. DeLaruelle <br />seconded; vote 4-0; motion null and void - lack of quorum. <br />Owner requested deletion of Lot 1 and part of Lot 2, Goff <br />Estates from landmark status. Mr. Oxian moved to reject the <br />owners request to reduce the landmark description of Lot i <br />and part of Lot 2 and to retain all of Lots 1 and 2 under <br />landmark status; Mrs. Choitz seconded; Mrs. Sporleder <br />abstained; vote 3-0-1; motion null and void - lack of quorum. <br />3) 929 E. Milton - 2nd Reading <br />Mr. Oxian moved to recommend local landmark status for this <br />property and that it be forwarded to the Common Council; tars. <br />DeLaruelle seconded; vote 4-0; motion null and void - lack of <br />quorum. <br />e. Legal <br />1) I &c M Power Co. - Streetlights <br />Mr. Oxian moved to table the letter to Mr. Cartwright of the <br />I &c M Power Co. concerning replacement of two streetlfight=_• in <br />the East Wayne Street Historic District which the Commission <br />directed staff to prepare. Mr. Oxian also stated that staff <br />should meet with the City Engineering Dept. in order to work <br />out a system to replace streetlights. Motion not seconded; <br />vote not taken; motion null &f void - due to lack of vote and <br />quorum. <br />2) Fredrickson Candy Store Property - LL <br />Ms. Jentoft-Nilsen reported this matter concerning the <br />construction of a parking lot without a C of A was referred to <br />David Chapleau, Deputy City Attorney. <br />f.
