City of South Bend Central Services Division <br />Fire Service, Inc./Wheeled Coach Ambulance <br />Specification <br />The interior dimensions shall be approximately 47 inches high and 45.5 inches <br />wide and 18.5 inches deep. The compartment shall have double doors. <br />COMPARTMENT F <br />Compartment F is the drivers side forward compartment. The door opening <br />dimensions shall be a minimum of 89.5 inches high and 23.25 inches wide. The <br />interior dimensions shall be approximately 90 inches high and 23.5 inches wide <br />and 19.75 inches deep. <br />EXTERIOR VERTICAL DIVIDERS <br />One (1) vertical divider(s) shall be located in compartment 132. It shall be <br />manufactured of 3/16 inch thick aluminum and be painted with scratch resistant <br />gray rubber coating. The divider shall be approximately 11 inches wide and <br />extend from the top of the compartment to the bottom. <br />EXTERIOR COMPARTMENT SHELF <br />The exterior compartment shelves shall be manufactured from 0.125 inch <br />aluminum. Each shelf shall have a 0.125 inch thick ribbed rubber mat. The shelf <br />track shall be a heavy duty extruded aluminum. There shall be 3 shelves in the <br />RF Compartment/Cabinet. <br />EXTERIOR ELECTRICAL SHELF <br />A fixed exterior shelf shall be located in the left center compartment "E" near the <br />top of the compartment.
