18.0.1 The upper compartment shall have a top hinged, single door with a locking <br />SouthCo round latch. <br /> Y___N___ <br />18.0.2 The bottom compartment shall have three [3] adjustable, .125" aluminum <br />shelves with a 1 ½” lip on all sides, mounted on "C" channel style tracking. <br /> Y___N___ <br />18.0.3 The bottom compartment shall be open faced with no doors. <br /> Y___N___ <br /> <br />19.0 VACUUM FORMED UPHOLSTRY <br /> <br />All seating and backrests (including the technician’s seat) in the patient compartment <br />shall be constructed of 60-ounce vacuum formed, seamless vinyl. <br /> Y___N___ <br />20.1 MACHINE STITCHED UPHOLSTERY <br /> <br />All trim panels in the patient compartment shall be constructed of minimum 32 ounce <br />machine stitched fabric backed expanded vinyl. All trim panels shall match the seats <br />and backrests. <br /> Y___N___ <br />21.2 ATTENDANT SEAT <br /> <br />A USSC Valor rear facing, R-Back attendant seat with an integrated child seat <br />installed at the head of the patient cot. The attendant seat shall be a two (2) position <br />swivel seat mounted on a pedestal base with a heavy duty seat frame for an ABTS <br />(All Belts to Seat) application with four (4) point/four (4) retractors single click internal <br />mount belt system. The seat shall be 20” wide with discontinuous recline and a 6” <br />horizontal slide for fore and aft adjustment(s). The seat shall be KKK-A-1822F <br />Change Notice 8 compliant and conform to all applicable FMVSS and SAE J3026 <br />requirements. Documentation from a certified independent testing facility shall be <br />required stating the seat has passed SAE J3026 requirements and tested in <br />accordance with SAE J2917, Occupant Restraint and Equipment Mounting Integrity <br />– Frontal Impact System-Level Ambulance Patient Compartment and SAE J2956, <br />Occupant Restraint and Equipment Mounting Integrity – Side Impact System-Level <br />Ambulance Patient Compartment. The seat shall be padded and covered with sewn <br />matching antimicrobial vinyl upholstery. It shall be mounted 10” away from main wall <br />and 8.5” from the AC chute on linen cabinet. <br /> Y___N___ <br />22.3 CPR SEAT <br /> <br />A CPR seat shall be installed on the street side of the patient compartment aft of the <br />main action area counter. The CPR seat shall be KKK-A-1822 Change Notice 8 <br />compliant with VALOR A-VAL shelf mount back frame and internal bolsters. The <br />seat shall consist of a four (4) point/four (4) retractors single click internal mount belt <br />system. The seat shall conform to all applicable FMVSS and SAE J3026 <br />requirements. Documentation from a certified independent testing facility shall be <br />required stating the seating configuration has passed SAE J3026 requirements and <br />tested in accordance with SAE J2917, Occupant Restraint and Equipment Mounting <br />Integrity – Frontal Impact System-Level Ambulance Patient Compartment and SAE <br />J2956, Occupant Restraint and Equipment Mounting Integrity – Side Impact System- <br />Level Ambulance Patient Compartment. The VALOR A-VAL shelf mount back frame <br />and the seat shall be padded and covered with cushioned, color coordinated, cut and <br />sewn vinyl.
