No additional cleaning will <br />be necessary. <br /> <br />Chemical Resistance Pass ANSI Z124.3-1986 <br /> <br />Solid Surface material is defined as a composite of high tech resins and natural minerals giving the bold and <br />elegant perception of stone. The material will be 100% solid meaning the surface color goes all the way <br />through. This material will be chemically engineered to resist stains, nicks, and scratches. The material will be <br />nonporous and will not support the grown of mold mildew and bacteria. <br /> <br />SOLID SURFACE COLOR: The color of the solid surface material specified above will be Northern <br />Melange-9195ML. <br /> <br />SOLID SURFACE EXTENSION: There will be an extension of the solid surface countertop to in front of the O1 <br />cabinet. The material will be matching in color to the main countertop with a one inch lip. <br /> <br />ACTION AREA BOARD: There will be a single board containing the basic electrical and oxygen control systems <br />of the patient area. This board will be covered in black secure grip material. Proper spacing will be maintained <br />between electrical and oxygen connections. The board will be hinged by dual action concealed hinges and <br />secured by quarter turn captive head bolts. The use of hinges and bolts allows for inspection of the <br />connections during routine maintenance procedures. <br /> <br />DRAWER: There is to be a drawer integral to the wall cabinet structure. Final layout and location will be approved by this agency on the interior drawing layout prior to production. This drawer will have a non-locking round pull latch. This drawer will have a lexan lid to be used as a writing surface. The lid will have a finger hole opening so that it can be lifted up to access the contents of the drawer. <br /> <br />CABINET “O1”: There will be an opening just forward of the Action Area Board with no door. This open cabinet <br />will house the customer supplied Knox brand Med Vault #5502. <br />
