American Response Vehicles <br />18 <br /> <br />COMPARTMENT FLOOR THICKNESS: The compartment floor will be .25 inch thick (heavy duty) aluminum of <br />single layer. <br /> <br />COMPARTMENT DOORS: A set of double hinged compartment doors will be set for this compartment. Each <br />door will have a single handle and two rotary latches. <br /> <br />ADJUSTABLE SHELF: A standard duty aluminum adjustable shelf will be provided. The shelf will be formed of <br />.125 (1/8") thick aluminum, with 2 inch upward turned lips on all four sides. The shelf will be mounted on <br />Unistrut infinitely adjustable, aluminum extruded, heavy duty shelf track. Incrementally adjustable, non- <br />aluminum shelf track is not acceptable. <br /> <br />COMPARTMENT LIGHTS: (1) One light will be mounted on ceiling, centered near the door jamb, and (1) on the <br />rear wall of the "M-2" compartment, on angled bracket, to illuminate under the shelf. The lights will be surface <br />mount and will be LED. <br /> <br />AUXILIARY CONDENSER: The module A/C system will employ a separate condenser for the rear HVAC system. <br />The condenser will be through bolted to a reinforced compartment floor and mounted under the module. This <br />condenser will provide 70,000 BTU cooling with 1,650 cubic feet per minute of clear air movement through the <br />fans. Two electric cooling fans will be mounted to the core assembly and blow toward the road or open air. The <br />condenser fans will come on when either the cab or the patient cabin A/C unit is turned on. Fan blades will be <br />protected by a high impact resistant grille work that is molded into the fan body. All fan wiring will be routed, <br />secured and protected from road hazards. <br /> <br />CONDUIT No 1: An empty one and one half inch diameter conduit expressly designed to add wires after <br />vehicle delivery by the end user or his/her authorized agent will be supplied and installed. The conduit will <br />have semi-rigid, non-conductive liner that is free of inside ridges that can bind on the wire harness being <br />pulled through the conduit. The outer jacket will be a non-conductive, spiraled rigid coil designed to maintain <br />the original shape of the liner, throughout the length of the conduit run. <br /> <br />ORIGINATION POINT: The aforementioned conduit will originate in the upper left front (M-1A), exterior <br />compartment. <br /> <br />TERMINATION POINT: The aforementioned conduit will terminate in the patient cabin behind the main action <br />area control panel. <br /> <br />LEFT REAR COMPARTMENT (M-3): This compartment will be located in the left rear corner of the body. The <br />minimum compartment dimensions will be 63.5" High x 43" Wide x 20" Deep. <br /> <br />COMPARTMENT DOORS OPTION: A set of double hinged compartment doors will be set for this special request <br />compartment. Each door will have a single handle and two rotary latches. Doors will comply with <br />aforementioned construction techniques. <br />
