Item #2: Wood Deck – Replace Existing <br />Replace deteriorated existing wood deck with new wood deck constructed from treated <br />lumber. Both the existing deck boards and the supporting structure were rotted and were in <br />an unsafe condition. New wood deck will have the same dimensions, footprint and elevation <br />as the previously existing wood deck. Previous stairs to the deck were to grade. New stairs to <br />deck will access from new wood deck (Item #1 above). This work will include installing new <br />siding over the area where the deck ledger for the previous deck was installed (see photo 2B <br />below), which will match the existng 8” smooth alluminum siding.
