Item #3: Cellar Door – Replace Existing, Repair Foundation <br />Replace deteriorated existing wood cellar door with new wood cellar door. The previously <br />existing wood door and frame were severely deteriorated and the mortar in the existing stone <br />foundation was crumbling. New wood door will be constructed from 1” boards to match the <br />previous door. New door frame will be constructed from treated lumber.
