Coordinate with Owner's security program. <br />1.6 VEHICULAR ACCESS AND PARKING <br />© Copyright, Kil Architecture / Planning <br />September 2020 <br />A. Comply with regulations relating to use of streets and sidewalks, access to emergency facilities, <br />and access for emergency vehicles. <br />B. Coordinate access and haul routes with governing authorities and Owner. <br />C. Provide and maintain access to fire hydrants, free of obstructions. <br />D. Provide temporary parking areas to accommodate construction personnel. When site space is <br />not adequate, provide additional off -site parking. <br />E. Existing parking areas located at the 2nd through 5th floor garage may be used for construction <br />parking. <br />1.7 WASTE REMOVAL <br />A. See Section 01 7419 - Construction Waste Management and Disposal, for additional <br />requirements. <br />B. Provide waste removal facilities and services as required to maintain the site in clean and <br />orderly condition. <br />C. Provide containers with lids. Remove trash from site periodically. <br />D. If materials to be recycled or re -used on the project must be stored on -site, provide suitable <br />non-combustible containers; locate containers holding flammable material outside the structure <br />unless otherwise approved by the authorities having jurisdiction. <br />E. Open free -fall chutes are not permitted. Terminate closed chutes into appropriate containers <br />with lids. <br />1.8 PROJECT IDENTIFICATION <br />A. Provide project identification sign of design and construction indicated on drawings. <br />B. Provide 4 ft. x 8 ft. project identification sign on 3/4" marine grade plywood. Design shall be <br />provided by Architect. <br />C. Erect on site at location established by Architect. <br />D. No other signs are allowed without Owner permission except those required by law. <br />1.9 FIELD OFFICES <br />A. Provide field office in existing undeveloped space in building at location indicated by Owner. <br />B.
