Regular employees will be entitled to holiday pay if the holiday falls within the first <br /> thirty (30) days of absence due to illness or non-occupational injury or within the first (6) <br /> months of absence due to occupational injury. <br /> F. Probationary employees and temporary employees shall not be entitled to holiday pay. <br /> Section V. Vacations. <br /> A. All employees represented by Teamster Local Union No. 364 who were employed <br /> by the City on or before December 31, 1986, and have been employed continuously since, <br /> shall have the following schedule for 1993, 1994, and 1995: <br /> Years of Continuous Service Hours of Vacation <br /> 1-4 years 80 <br /> 5-7 years 96 <br /> 8-11 years 120 <br /> 12-15 years 144 <br /> 16-19 years 160 <br /> 20-24 years 208 <br /> 25 + years 224 <br /> B. All other employees represented by Local Teamster Union No. 364 shall have the <br /> following vacation schedule for 1993, 1994, and 1995: <br /> Length of Continuous Service Hours of Vacation <br /> 0-1 year 0 <br /> 1-2 years 40 <br /> 3-4 years 80 <br /> 5-10 years 96 <br /> 11-15 years 120 <br /> 16-19 years 136 <br /> 20-24 years 160 <br /> 25 + years 176 <br /> C. All other requirements related to vacations shall be addressed in the Agreement entered <br /> into between the City of South Bend and Teamster Local Union No. 364 as further <br /> addressed in Section VI herein. <br /> D. Vacations will be paid in accordance with Section 1-20 of the Municipal Code of the <br /> City of South Bend. <br /> Section VI. Other Monetary and Fringe Benefits Incorporated by <br /> Reference. <br /> All provisions of the Agreement between the City of South Bend, Indiana and the <br /> Teamsters Local Union No. 364 effective January 1, 1993 through December 31, 1995, <br /> concerning any issue of wages and/or compensation, including but not limited to <br /> provisions concerning overtime, standby, call-back, shift differential,vacations, insurance, <br /> and other related monetary items are incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if set <br /> forth herein in their entirety. Two copies shall be kept on file and made available for public <br /> inspection during regular business hours in the Office of the City Clerk, 4th Floor County <br /> City Building, South Bend, Indiana. <br /> Section VII. Effective Date. <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common <br /> Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />
