There shall bea light provided on the <br />pump control panel to indicate when the system is engaged. The pump shall be capable of taking <br />suction and dischargingwater with a lift of 10feet in not more than 30 seconds with the pump <br />dry, through 20 feet of suction hose of appropriatesize. The priming system shall comply with <br />applicable sections of NFPA standards. <br />One (1)Primer Control - Main Pump ManualPushButton <br />20-29-1252 <br />PRIMER CONTROL <br />A manual push button shall be provided on the pump operator's panel, for the manually priming <br />the main pump. <br />One (1)Pressure Gvrnr, FRC, Pump Boss 400Series, w/Bdy <br />27-10-3100 <br />PRESSURE GOVERNOR AND MONITORING DISPLAY <br />One (1)Fire Research PumpBoss model PBA400-A00 pressure governor and monitoring display <br />kit shall be provided on the pump panel. The kit shall include a control module, pressure sensor, <br />and cables. The controlmodule case shall bewaterproofand havedimensions not to exceed 6 <br />3/4" high by 4 5/8" wideby 1 3/4" deep.Inputs for monitored informationshall be from a J1939 <br />databus or independent sensors. Outputs for engine control shall be on the J1939 databus or <br />engine specific wiring. <br />The following continuous displays shall be provided: <br />·CHECK ENGINE and STOP ENGINEwarningLEDs <br />·Engine RPM; shown with four daylight bright LED digits more than 1/2" high <br />·EngineOIL PRESSURE; shown on an LED bar graph display in 10 psi increments <br />·Engine TEMPERATURE; shown on an LED bargraph display in 10 degree increments <br />·BATTERY VOLTAGE;shown on an LED bar graph display in 0.5 volt increments <br />·PSI / RPM setting; shown on a dot matrix message display <br />·PSI and RPM mode LEDs <br />·THROTTLE READY LED. <br />A dot-matrix message display shall show diagnostic and warning messages as they occur.It shall <br />show monitored apparatus information, stored data, and program options when selected by the <br />operator.
