from the chassis frame and mounted via a 3-point mounting system <br />to allow flexing to occur without causing frame damage. <br />Debris body shall be supplied with a bolt on spill shield that is easily <br />removed for cleaning. Shield will be a minimum 12" on bottom half <br />to keep debris away from the rear of the machine, including the rear <br />bumper assembly and water tanks. Body to be painted green to <br />match existing fleet. <br />A manual tank body prop shall be provided. Installation of prop <br />shall be accomplished from the side of the chassis. Units requiring <br />the operator to position themselves under a raised body will not be <br />accepted. <br />An automatic stainless -steel ball(s) check valve shall be installed <br />inside the debris body to prevent over filling. When the debris tank <br />is full, the device shall automatically stop the flow of the air to the <br />vacuum system and prevent water and debris from entering the <br />positive displacement vacuum pump. <br />The unit must be able to safely dump the complete load of debris <br />with a full tank of water. <br />The air drawn from the debris body must pass through a filter system <br />of adequate size to protect the vacuum system. The system must be <br />easily cleaned and maintained from the ground level without putting <br />the operator in harm's way. <br />The debris tank shall have a minimum of ten year non pro -rated <br />warranty. Warranty must cover materials, workmanship, and rust <br />through. <br />A lubrication manifold shall be provided to allow ground level <br />greasing. <br />Fold down, spring assisted, pipe rack(s) to be provided to hold a <br />minimum of 6 pipes. This pipe rack(s) can be mounted on rear door, <br />left, and/or right of debris body tank. Storage racks must be <br />accessible from ground level without raising the debris body, <br />stooping down, or reaching up over the operator's shoulders. <br />Steps to be included on side of tank for access to inspection cover <br />and any other inspection point where ground level access is not <br />possible. <br />Water Tanks: <br />Water tanks must have a minimum metered capacity of 1,000 <br />Q/ NO <br />gallons. <br />
