After reviewing those quotations, <br />Mr. John Wiltrout, Water Works, recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest <br />responsive and responsible bidder, KRC Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc., in the amount of <br />$40,000.00, which is the Base bid, Alternate 1, and Item 3A from Alternate 2. Therefore, Ms. <br />Roos made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the quotation be awarded as <br />outlined above.
