NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />b. continued... <br />Allocation Area No. 8) for the Sample -Ewing <br />Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area <br />No. 8) Special Fund. <br />Mr. Inks noted that Resolution No. 1811 is a <br />preliminary resolution in order to appropriate <br />additional funds for the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area for the balance of the year <br />2000. He stated that the anticipated amount to <br />be appropriated is $250,000. The Public <br />Hearing notice was published December 01, <br />2000 and the Public Hearing is scheduled for the <br />December 15, 2000 Commission Meeting. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1811 <br />determining its intent to pay certain expenses <br />incurred for local public improvements in or <br />serving the Sample -Ewing Allocation Area. <br />c. Filing of Resolution No. 1812, a supplemental <br />appropriation resolution of the City of South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission (Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area) and setting a <br />Public Hearing for December 15, 2000 at <br />10:00 a.m. <br />The Commission accepted for filing Resolution <br />No. 1812 and set a public hearing on Resolution <br />No. 1812 for December 15, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. <br />d. Commission approval requested for exterior <br />sign design and window graphics for leased <br />property located in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area.
