NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />d. continued... <br />Mr. Giulioni explained that the sign and window <br />graphics have been reviewed in comparison to <br />the sign and graphic guidelines provided in the <br />lease, and are consistent with the requirements <br />set forth. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the exterior sign design <br />and window graphics for leased property located <br />in the South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Le Peep Restaurant, Lease Area's # 3 & 4) <br />e. Staff report on proposal from Panzica <br />Development Corp. to purchase and develop <br />property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Parcel 3, Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park) <br />Mr. Rock reported that Panzica Development <br />Corporation submitted a bid to purchase and <br />develop Parcel 3 in the Blackthorn Corporate <br />Park. He stated that the proposed purchase price <br />is $35,000 per acre, for a total of $162,400 for <br />the lot. Mr. Rock explained that the developer <br />will immediately begin construction of 75 new <br />parking spaces for the Associates building and <br />then construct a speculative building within one <br />year of the date of closing.
