South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - December 01, 2000 <br />3. CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Claims submitted December 01, 2000, <br />and ordered the checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1810 approving the transfer <br />of real property to the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana and ratifying, confirming and <br />approving certain actions related to the <br />transfer. <br />Ms. Greene noted that Resolution No. 1810 <br />relates to the Leighton Plaza Garage, which is <br />currently owned by the Commission. The <br />resolution will transfer the property to the City <br />of South Bend. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1810 <br />approving the transfer of real property to the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana and ratifying, <br />confirming and approving certain actions related <br />to the transfer. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1811 determining its intent to <br />pay certain expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the Sample - <br />Ewing Allocation Area (South Bend <br />-3- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br />SUBMITTED DECEMBER 01, 2000, AND <br />ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. <br />1810 APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF REAL <br />PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA AND RATIFYING, CONFIRMING <br />AND APPROVING CERTAIN ACTIONS <br />RELATED TO THE TRANSFER <br />
