February, 4 2020 <br />City of South Bend <br />Attn: Josh Ehmer <br />227 W Jefferson Blvd <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />Bid Proposal:Huron St. ER <br />South Bend, IN <br />Cured-In-Place Pipe Rehabilitation <br />Dear Mr.Ehmer, <br />IPR Great Lakes (IPR GL)is pleased to offer the following proposalpricing to provide cured in place <br />(CIPP) rehabilitation services of the 10-Inch sanitarysewer lines for the above referenced project. Our <br />proposal is based on the documents provided by Josh Ehmer dated January 31, 2020, with no addenda <br />acknowledged. This pricing includes providingall labor, material, supervision, and equipment necessary <br />to complete the scope of work as listed below. <br />Scope of work performed by IPR GL: <br />Provide pre-work submittals. <br />IPR GL will perform pre-rehab CCTV & cleaning (normal only). Two-wheel drive vehicle access <br />to manholes is required for this work.IPR GLwill review pre-rehab CCTV data (to be completed <br />by Others) to confirm that CIPP is viable and to confirm pipe sizes and lengths before ordering <br />materials or mobilizing our crew(s). <br />CIPP rehabilitation to be completed per ASTM 1216 standards utilizing water or air inversion & <br />water or steam curing methods. <br />Reinstatement of service laterals is via internal robotic cutter only (if required). <br />IPR GL will perform post lining CCTV inspection upon completion of our CIPP to confirm rehab <br />work. <br />CIPP rehabilitation pricing is based on completing diameters & associated quantities as listed in <br />this proposal’s schedule of values. Any change in overall or segmental length, diameters or liner <br />thicknesses could result in pricing changes. <br />Demobilize all construction equipment and clean-up of all identifiable debrisgenerated by IPR GL <br />crew(s). <br />Proposal includes costs for one mobilization.
