<br />Thispricingdoes notinclude the cost for the following:
<br />Furnishing Bid, Performance, or Payment Bonds.
<br />Prevailing wages.
<br />Heavy pipe cleaning, including but not limited to grease, roots, tuberculation removal, mechanical
<br />cleaning, debris disposal, dump site, etc.
<br />Prime Bidder/GC is responsible for providing adequate upstream & downstream access to
<br />proposed lines, including but not limited to precast removal/replacement, access/easement
<br />clearing, roads, staging, & inversion areas, etc.(should it be required). IPR GLand/or its
<br />subcontractors must be able to set up over each manhole.
<br />Erosion or site control including plans, permits, implementation, inspection, etc.
<br />Excavation done by others.
<br />Reinstatement of service laterals (other than by internal means only) or lateral rehabilitation or
<br />service reconnections of any kind, including but not limited to pipe bursting or open cut
<br />replacement. Dewatering, grouting, monitoring, point repairs (internal or open cut), new
<br />installation, structure modification, etc. to be handled by Others if required.
<br />Bypasspumping outside of normal flow conditions with IPR GLwork-zone
<br />Traffic control outside of temporary signs and cones.
<br />Testing of any kind.
<br />Site restoration of any kind including but not limited to grading, grassing, concrete, or asphalt
<br />work.
<br />Any permits or fees, including fees for water source for pipe cleaning or rehab. Source and any
<br />associated fees to be provided by Others.
<br />Changes in pipe diameter, quantities, liner thickness, or lengths (overall or segmental) could
<br />resultin pricing changes. Pricing based on completing all listed quantities in one mobilization.
<br />Costs for site specific training/badging (safety, security, or otherwise).
<br />Any work not specifically detailed in this proposal.
<br />Pricing firm for 30 days from date of this proposal.
<br />Removal and replacement of the manhole frame and cover for liner installation.
