Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (Construction <br />drawings for the Morris Civic Fountain) <br />Mr. Giulioni explained that before the repair <br />project can move forward, construction drawings <br />must be completed. He noted that the staff has <br />received a proposal from Wesco Fountains, Inc. <br />to produce the construction drawings in the <br />amount of $2,775. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />professional services in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Construction drawings for <br />the Morris Civic Fountain) <br />s. Commission approval requested for the <br />Execution of Right of Entry for property <br />owned by AEP in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. (New jail site) <br />Ms. Greene explained that the existing Right of <br />Entry agreement with Indiana - Michigan Power <br />(formally AEP) expires at the end of October and <br />the jail construction crew still needs access to the <br />property. She noted that St. Joseph County and <br />Indiana - Michigan Power have already signed the <br />agreement. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Execution of Right of <br />Entry for property owned by AEP in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area.
