Commission approval requested to rescind the <br />purchase agreement and return earnest <br />money for property located on William <br />Richardson Court in the Toll Road Industrial <br />Park. (The Holladay Group) <br />Mr. Inks explained that the staff had received a <br />letter from the Holladay Group requesting to <br />withdraw their offer to purchase land adjacent to <br />Tech Data. He noted that the letter also stated <br />that the contract expired some time ago and The <br />Holladay Group requests a return of the $9,600 <br />earnest money that was paid to the City. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the rescission of the <br />purchase agreement and authorized the return of <br />the earnest money for property located on <br />William Richardson Court in the Toll Road <br />Industrial Park. Commission approval requested for Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 1013 Altgeld. <br />(Susann Schultz) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the loan and grant is for <br />home improvement. He stated that the loan <br />portion amount is $6,650 and the grant portion <br />amount is $1,588.40. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the Affordable Loan Program <br />for property located at 1013 Altgeld.
