NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />j. continued... <br />Mr. Case presented a map that detailed the streets <br />and properties included in the proposed <br />expansion plan. <br />Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing for <br />Resolution No. 1796 for anyone who wished to <br />speak. <br />Mr. Hunt asked if there was anyone from the <br />public who wished to address the Commission. <br />Mr. Taylor stated that he had received a letter <br />and was interested if and how his property would <br />be affected. He noted that he was unsure of <br />where the boundaries of the plan were and asked <br />that his property be pointed out to him on the <br />map. Mr. Case pointed out Mr. Taylor's <br />property to him and explained how it would fit <br />into the expansion. <br />There was no one else who wished to speak. Mr. <br />Hunt closed the Public Hearing on Resolution <br />No. 1796, for whatever action the Commission <br />wished to take. <br />L Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1796. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1796. <br />-11- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1796 <br />
