South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - October 20, 2000 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1795 <br />amending the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Plan. <br />Mr. Inks noted that Resolution No. 1795 was a <br />resolution amending the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Plan by adding several properties <br />to the acquisition list. He noted that all required <br />notices have been published and that no public <br />remonstrances have been filed. Ms. Greene <br />stated that all property owners have been <br />notified, also. <br />Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing and asked if <br />there was anyone from the public who wished to <br />speak. There being no one wished to speak, Mr. <br />Hunt closed the Public Hearing, for whatever <br />action the Commission wished to take. <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1795. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1795 <br />amending the Sample -Ewing Development Plan. <br />j. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1796 <br />expanding the boundaries of the Airport <br />Economic Development Area, expanding the <br />Allocation Area for purposes of Tax <br />Increment financing and amending the <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />Development Plan. <br />Ms. Greene noted that all required notices have <br />been published, the property owners have been <br />notified, and no public remonstrances have been <br />filed. <br />-10- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1795 <br />
