NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />f. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request to hold <br />Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony on Morris <br />Performing Arts Center Plaza.. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Debris Removal on Commission owned <br />property. (529 Crescent Ave.) <br />Mr. Inks stated that the proposal from <br />Bradberry Brothers, Inc. is for the clean-up <br />and removal of debris, as well as for the <br />installation of barriers at entrance locations. <br />He noted that the proposal is in the amount of <br />$430.00. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal for debris <br />removal on Commission owned property. <br />(529 Crescent Ave.) <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (Appraisal of <br />Yellow Cab Property, 710 N. Niles) <br />Mr. Inks explained that a second appraisal is <br />required prior to moving forward with <br />acquisition of the property. He noted that the <br />staff had obtained two proposals, one from <br />the Appraisal Group in the amount of $1500 <br />and the other one from Douglas L. Carpenter <br />and Associates in the amount of $1200.
