Kaley. <br />(Daniel Kois) <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Addendum to Phase I Environmental Site <br />Assessment. (Crescent Ave. Properties, <br />Tax Key ID No. 18 -5023 -0789) <br />Mr. Inks explained that due to a staff error, a <br />single parcel was left off the original list of <br />properties to be reviewed as a component of <br />the Site Assessment. He noted that Heartland <br />Environmental Associates, Inc. proposed to <br />complete the necessary on -site inspection for <br />the additional parcel at a cost of $175.00. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Addendum to <br />Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. <br />(Crescent Ave. Properties, Tax Key ID No. <br />18 -5023 -0789) <br />L Commission approval requested for <br />permission to hold Holiday Tree Lighting <br />Ceremony on Morris Performing Arts <br />Center Plaza. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the ceremony is <br />scheduled for December 1, 2000 at 5:00 p.m. <br />in <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE <br />OF WAIVER IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />RENTAL REHAB PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 237 S.
