Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 133 N. Albert St. (Donald Meyer <br />& Gloria Meyer) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the loan amount is <br />$4,350.00 and the grant amount is $1,567.50. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at133 N. Albert <br />St. (Donald Meyer & Gloria Meyer) <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Program for property <br />located at 237 S. Kaley.
