(Monroe Park Apartments) <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1790 related to acquisition of <br />property in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area by Eminent Domain. (1315 Fellows St.) <br />Mr. Inks noted that Resolution No. 1790 <br />authorizes a purchase offer to be sent in the <br />amount of $29,500 for property located at 1315 <br />Fellows Street in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. He noted that the purchase <br />of the property would allow the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area to expand and the property <br />would be used for public benefit. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1790 <br />related to the acquisition of property in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area by Eminent <br />Domain.(1315 Fellows St.) <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with the <br />Rental Rehab Program for property located <br />at 1349 E. Dubail.
