(Alfonso Cardenas) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the amount to be waived is <br />$750 as of February 15, 2000. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental Rehab <br />Program for property located at 826 N. <br />Diamond. (Alfonso Cardenas) <br />i. Commission approval requested for Contract <br />for Purchase of Real Estate. (AEP) <br />Mr. Inks asked that item 6.i be tabled. <br />j. Commission approval requested for proposal <br />for professional services in the Southeast <br />Neighborhood Redevelopment Subdivision. <br />(Subdivision Planning Services, 100 -300 <br />Block Broadway St., Abonmarche Group) <br />Mr. Mariani noted that items 6.j and 6.k were <br />similar. In both cases, due to complications in <br />the public acquisition process, the original <br />contracts for service with Abonmarche need to <br />be expanded.
