(Michigan St. Shops, <br />Retail Space 3 and 4) <br />Mr. Inks asked that item 6.c be tabled in order to <br />collect additional information. There was no <br />objection and item 6.c was tabled. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />proposals for professional appraisal services <br />in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Wayne St. Garage Retail Space) <br />Mr. Giulioni asked that item 6.d be tabled in <br />order to collect additional information. There <br />was no objection and item 6.d was tabled. <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Completion in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (Monroe Park <br />Apartments) <br />Mr. Rock explained that the Certificate of <br />Completion allows the performance guarantee to <br />be refunded to the developer.
