Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1781 approving the fair re -use <br />value of property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area located at 701 E. <br />Pennsylvania. (Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the property is located at 701 <br />E. Pennsylvania. The value is being set at $4,000 <br />for 2,484 sq. ft. The proposed use is single <br />family. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1781 <br />approving the fair re -use value of property in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area, Lot No. 327. <br />(Sample -Ewing Development Area) <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1782 Amending Resolution <br />No. 1725 setting the Maximum Salaries for <br />2000. <br />Mr. Inks stated that there was one change that <br />dictated the Amending of Resolution <br />No. 1725: as a result of the reorganization in <br />Redevelopment, the maximum part-time salary <br />needed to be increased to $27/hr. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1782 <br />Amending Resolution No. 1725, setting the <br />Maximum Salaries for 2000. <br />1.
